Diamond Dreams Travel Booking Terms & Policies

Introduction

By booking any travel services with Diamond Dreams Travel, you agree to the following Booking Terms & Policies. These terms govern all Partner Supplier Tours and DDT Signature Trip Events bookings and outline your rights, responsibilities, and limitations. Please review carefully before booking.

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all bookings made through Diamond Dreams Travel.

Age & Financial Responsibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. The minimum age requirement for DDT Signature Trip Events is 21 years old.
Travel Documentation: You must ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Diamond Dreams Travel is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to missing documentation.
Health & Safety: You must assess the physical requirements of your trip and disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance. Diamond Dreams Travel is not responsible for any injuries or travel disruptions due to health-related issues.
Insurance Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. Diamond Dreams Travel is not responsible for any expenses that could have been covered by insurance.

2. Terms for Partner Supplier Tours

Diamond Dreams Travel acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers. When you book a Partner Supplier Tour, you agree to the following:

Supplier-Specific Policies: Each supplier has its policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. These will apply to your booking and supersede Diamond Dreams Travel’s terms.
Liability Disclaimer: Diamond Dreams Travel is not liable for any cancellations, changes, or issues related to third-party suppliers. Any claims must be directed to the supplier.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

All payments, cancellations, and modifications for Partner Supplier Tours are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Diamond Dreams Travel acts as an intermediary and will facilitate communication between the client and the supplier regarding any changes or cancellations. Diamond Dreams Travel does not issue refunds for supplier-related bookings.
If a refund is due based on the supplier’s policy, Diamond Dreams Travel will coordinate with the supplier to process the refund on the client’s behalf. The supplier determines the timeline for receiving refunds, and any applicable processing fees or penalties will be deducted as per the supplier’s terms.
Diamond Dreams Travel cannot override its policy if the supplier does not allow refunds. Clients are encouraged to review the supplier’s terms before booking.
Any modifications or rebookings are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Terms for DDT Signature Trip Events

DDT Signature Trip Events are curated luxury travel experiences designed and operated by Diamond Dreams Travel. These trip events follow a strict no-refund, no-transfer policy and include the following terms:

3.1. Planning Fee & Deposit Policy
When you request a custom vacation itinerary from Diamond Dreams Travel, a non-refundable planning fee will be required. This fee covers the administrative and planning costs of creating a tailored travel experience just for you. The planning fee is due before any itinerary development begins and is non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for DDT Signature Trip Events. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your trip. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.2. Final Payment and Non-Refundable Policy
Final payment for DDT Signature Trip Events must be made by the specified due date on your invoice. Failure to make the final payment will cancel your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Once the final payment has been made, the trip cost is non-refundable. If you cancel your trip, change your plans, or fail to utilize any portion of the trip, no refunds will be provided. (TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.)
3.3. Cancellation by the Client Policy

We understand that plans may change, but due to the curated nature of our DDT Signature Trip Events, cancellations and changes by the client are subject to the following terms:
Cancellation Before Final Payment
If you cancel your booking before the final payment, your initial deposit will be forfeited. Any additional payments made (after the deposit) will be refunded, minus any non-refundable supplier fees or penalties, if applicable.
Cancellation After Final Payment
The booking becomes non-refundable once your DDT Signature Trip is paid in full. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the final payment is made. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
No-Show / Failure to Participate
If you fail to show up for the DDT Signature Trip or do not participate in any portion of the trip for any reason (e.g., personal, medical, or travel disruptions), no refund will be provided. We highly recommend securing travel insurance to cover any emergencies or unexpected plan changes.
Itinerary Modifications and Changes by DDT
While we strive to maintain the integrity of each curated trip, in the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., supplier changes, force majeure), we may be forced to make minor adjustments to the itinerary. If any significant changes to the trip occur, you will be notified promptly and given a full refund of any payments made.
Finalized Itinerary
DDT Signature Trips are curated as group events by our small, dedicated team. Once the itinerary is finalized and all components have been confirmed (e.g., accommodations, transportation, excursions), no refunds will be provided for changes made due to circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the details before confirming your booking.

Special Circumstances
If you encounter extraordinary circumstances (such as a severe medical emergency), we will review your case and offer alternatives where possible. However, no refund will be provided unless Diamond Dreams Travel explicitly agrees in writing. We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and offer peace of mind in case of unforeseen cancellations, emergencies, or trip disruptions.

3.2. Waiver & Agreement Requirement

Before attending a DDT Signature Trip Event, all participants must sign and submit the required forms, including a liability waiver.
Failure to submit required waivers may result in cancellation of participation without a refund.

3.3. Health & Safety Policy

Participation is at your own risk. Guests must ensure they are in good health and physically able to participate in the trip’s planned activities.
Diamond Dreams Travel is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or travel disruptions.
Guests must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions when booking.

3.4. Age & Conduct Policy

All DDT Signature Trip Events are for guests aged 21 and over. By booking, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

3.5. Optional Activities & Excursions

Some trips may include optional third-party excursions. Diamond Dreams Travel does not own, operate, or control these providers and is not liable for any issues arising from optional activities. Participation is at your own risk.

4. Additional Policies

4.1. Travel & Transportation

Guests are responsible for their flights and transportation to and from the event meeting point unless otherwise specified.
Missed flights or transportation delays are the responsibility of the traveler.

4.2. Force Majeure

Diamond Dreams Travel is not liable for cancellations, losses, or delays caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will work to provide alternative options, but refunds may not be available.

4.3. Photography & Media Release

By attending a DDT Signature Trip Event, guests agree to allow photos and videos taken during the trip to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you prefer to opt-out, please notify us in writing before the event.

4.4. Indemnification Clause

You agree to hold Diamond Dreams Travel harmless from any liability, damages, or claims related to your travel experience, including personal injury, loss, or travel disruptions.

4.5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The laws of the State of Nevada govern all bookings made through Diamond Dreams Travel.
Any disputes must first go through mediation before legal action is pursued.
